Advance your culinary skills with this weekend getaway package! Friday night you will have a chance to meet your classmates
at our "get acquainted party" held at "The Butler Pantry" (a gourmet kitchen and food shop in downtown Saugatuck).
Class begins
Saturday after breakfast. You'll be chopping, dicing, slicing, kneading, washing, and learning as you prepare Satruday night's
dinner. During dinner you will be learning plate and serving presentation, garnishing, and wine selection.
Your complete
weekend package for two includes two nights' lodging accommodations, full gourmet breakfast each morning, Friday night welcome party,
