At The Kirby House Bed and Breakfast, our package events are designed to allow you to escape, relax and leave the planning to us. Whether it's a seven course gourmet New Year's Dinner, a romantic getaway, or a cooking class, we'll plan everything for you but still leave you time to explore and shop Saugatuck and Douglas during your stay.

Below is a list of our upcoming "off-season" package events, but we're always adding specials so check back often to see what we've got cooking for you!

New Year's At The Kirby House

December 30 and 31, 2010

Ring in the new year "IN STYLE!" A welcome celebration with hors d'ouvres, drinks, and a chance to meet the other guests. On New Year's Eve a seven course gourmet dinner is served.

Complete two night package starting at $500 per couple.

Advance your culinary skills with our cooking class weekend getaway. Your package includes a Friday night "get acquainted party" at the Butler Pantry (a gourmet kitchen and food shop in downtown Saugatuck), Saturday's cooking class, souvenir gift, and dinner Saturday night, prepared by YOU!

Complete two night package starting at $495 per couple.

Anytime Packages - "Upgrade Your Stay!"

Upgrade your stay with one of these packages available anytime. Just mention the specific package when you call to make your reservation. If you reserve your room online you can select the specific "Anytime Package" when filling out your reservation details. For our "Anytime Packages" a first night's room payment and the package price is billed to your Visa or MasterCard*.

Birthday Celebration - ($100 extra) A deliciously decadant birthday cake, Bottle of Chilled Champagne (sparkling wine), and birthday balloons await in your room to celebrate that special day!

Anniversary - ($100 extra) Your room awaits you with a chilled bottle of Champagne Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, along with fresh strawberries and dipping chocolate.

Romance Rendezvous - ($100 extra) Perfect for your romantic occasion! Your room awaits you with a bouquet of fresh flowers, bottle of wine, food gift basket, and you can take a trip to Fenn Valley Vineyards, just 10 minutes away, for a wine tasting and souvenir glasses to keep.

*For our "Anytime Packages" the upgrade package price is non-refundable regardless of when you
cancel your reservation. The first night's payment is refundable if cancelled within the policies
of our Cancellation Policy, which can be read on our "Rates/Policies" page.

Special Weekend Package Events

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all "Special Weekend Package Events."
Prices may vary depending on room selection.
The Kirby House reserves the right to substitute or alter specific activities within events depending on availability of items or number of guests.
(Up to and including cancellation of event.)
